Hi, I’m Marcin, and I’ve been passionate about baking for over 20 years. For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved the smell of bread in the oven, the magic of natural fermentation, and the joy of creating something wholesome from simple ingredients.

For years, I baked quietly for myself and my family, perfecting my sourdough breads and cinnamon buns. I was always a little shy about sharing my passion with the wider community — baking was my private joy. But recently, I decided it was time to step out of the kitchen and share my creations. That’s how Sourdough House was born.

I bake every loaf and bun by hand, in small batches, to ensure freshness, flavor, and care in every bite.

And I’m not alone in this! My wife, Marta, is a master of sweet treats. She has perfected the art of fruitcakes and chocolate brownies, creating desserts that are rich, moist, and irresistible. Together, we bring a little happiness to your table, whether it’s a hearty loaf of sourdough or a decadent slice of cake.
